Lando Norris delivered a commanding victory at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, converting pole into his sixth win of the season and tightening his grip on the championship fight. Charles Leclerc brought the Ferrari home in P2, resisting a late charge from Max Verstappen (P3).

Race Highlights
Norris in control: From lights out to the flag, Norris managed pace and tyres superbly. Clean stops and calm race management kept McLaren clear of any drama and maximised points.
Final-lap reset: A late stoppage for Carlos Sainz Jr. in the stadium section triggered a VSC on Lap 70. It was withdrawn for the final lap (Lap 71), briefly reigniting battles before the chequered flag.
Leclerc vs Verstappen for P2: Verstappen attacked on a strong late stint, but Leclerc’s racecraft and tyre management held firm for second.
Haas breakthrough: Oliver Bearman produced a career-best P4 with measured tyre care on a two-stop. Esteban Ocon also scored solidly.
Mercedes team shuffle: Andrea Kimi Antonelli and George Russell swapped as strategies evolved, ultimately banking P6–P7.
Piastri recovers: Decisive moves lifted Oscar Piastri to P5, keeping his title push alive despite Norris’ maximum haul.
Midfield margins: Gabriel Bortoleto grabbed the final point in P10. Yuki Tsunoda missed out in P11 after a late push. Liam Lawson retired early with damage.
